The Sales Support Coordinator II provides support in all administrative tasks for the Sales Team in Jackson and Moran, Wyoming. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate, answer telephones/emails and support department managers in a fast paced environment

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develops and continually enhances relationships with parting guests and key accounts to ensure repeat bookings
  • Responsible for ongoing and open communication within the sales department as well as with Senior Management and departmental colleagues throughout daily operations
  • Tracks sales data and prepares several reports daily and weekly using sales and revenue information
  • Maintains clear, concise and up-to-date records in the system
  • Manages, maintains, and orders all office supplies and sales collateral
  • Assists sales team and guests as necessary with general administrative tasks
  • Processes and generates folders for all definite contracts to be distributed to conference planning and accounting
  • Creates and distributes effective group resumes and banquet event orders to communicate guest needs to all concerned departments in an accurate and timely manner

A two year college degree or equivalent experience with a Major, Minor or concentration in Hospitality Management or F&B Marketing preferred 

Sales experience in hospitality or related field

Responsible for designing creative assets that represent a global brand across a variety of marketing touch points. Uniquely positioning our competitive advantage and differentiation through visual design both internally and externally including experiential design, print, digital, and product.

This position is also responsible for all internal graphic design needs and is a steward of brand consistency and standards, helping communicate, build, and articulate the importance of building L&H’s brand to represent the company as an innovative advanced manufacturer worldwide.

The position will work closely with other team members on creative direction of brand assets and create print and digital assets as well as experiential environments that reinforce brand positioning all while getting to create for specific industries and strategy efforts across the business.


  • Design skills working in Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications

JOB TITLE: Regional Director (Southeast)

JOB PURPOSE: To provide educational business advising, leadership, vision and oversight for the Southeast region of the Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network. The SBDC is a statewide program at the University of Wyoming. It offers technical assistance to Wyoming businesses and entrepreneurs that want to maximize their potential for success. The Southeast office is located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and serves Laramie and Goshen Counties. This position includes delivery of educational advising, training webinars and workshops, and networking services as well as budgetary and operational management of the regional program.


  • Financial competency including budgeting, developing cash flow projections, understanding of business finances, and financial analysis
  • Hands-on business planning and development skills, including but not limited to, knowledge of human resources practices, procedures, and management, as well as marketing and operations planning
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Experience working with multiple partners, stakeholders, and community leaders
  • Self-motivated/directed, work independently, and as a team player
  • Competent computer technology user (including web conferencing, databases, MS Office Suite, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to travel


Serve as team member of the Wyoming SBDC Network and regional director for the Southeast region of the SBDC. The region includes the counties of Goshen and Laramie.

Provide leadership, vision, strategic planning, development, and oversight of the Southeast region.

Determine the needs of a multiple county small business region; meet those needs with advising, business training programs, executive programs, and other services. In addition, measure the impact of those services to ensure that the needs are satisfactorily met. Business assistance may be offered through a variety of methods including face-to-face meetings, phone, email and online advising, or web conferencing.

Coordinate, prepare, and deliver business services, educational and training programs, and events.

Work with the U.S. Small Business Administration, Wyoming Business Council, University of Wyoming, and various other local and regional economic development providers and regional bankers to strengthen working relationships to better serve small business needs.

Participate fully in Wyoming SBDC Network activities to maximize the organization’s capacity to fully meet client needs.

Provide research and information to prepare business plans, financial management/analysis, and loan portfolio recommendations to clients.

Provide specialized advising in all aspects of international trade.

Serve as the primary spokesperson for Wyoming SBDC Network Southeast region.

Reports directly to the state director of the SBDC.

This position is located in Cheyenne Wyoming and is eligible for remote work and/or a flexible work schedule after a successful probationary period. The Cheyenne SBDC office is located on the Laramie County Community College Campus.


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and/or successful equivalent experience in professional consultation in business management, development, administration, and leadership.

Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing

Understanding of or experience with the SBDC

Small business ownership and/or major management role in a business

Demonstrable specialized experience in international trade and/or the interest/enthusiasm and ability to obtain appropriate, required SBDC international trade certifications
